Ford Unveils New Super Duty With Aluminum Body

Ford is enhancing its 2017 Ford F-Series Super Duty by removing weight and increasing productivity by giving their customers better towing and payload capability.

Their engineers achieved this by including a new stronger steel frame, an aluminum body, improved axles/springs and suspension. As well as class-exclusive features and technologies, and multiple gasoline and diesel engine and transmission combinations.

The truck’s body will consist of a military-grade-aluminum-alloy body which will result with less dents- and dings. The aluminum body is also an asset because it will not be subject to rust corrosion.ford

The F-Series Super Duty is also available with several driver-assist technologies such as: lane departure, blind spots, adaptive cruise control and collision warning features.

Maybe you will consider one of the five models in the Super Duty lineup – XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch or Platinum as it goes on sale next year!
